- Qurbani order bookings will close 5 days prior to Eid to ensure proper animal selection and preparation.
- Customers may cancel their order up to 7 days before Eid. Any advance
- Payment will be refunded in full within 7 working days.
- Once the cancellation window has passed, bookings are considered final and non-refundable.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided on the order form, ground floor only, to ensure smooth handling.
- Customers must present a photocopy of CNIC and a printout of the Confirmation email at the time of pickup.

• Advance Cash Collection
• Pay at Store Advance self-collection fee: PKR 199 - Cool Meat provides three services under this agreement:
a. Purchase of sacrificial animal or share on customer’s behalf
b. Sacrifice performed strictly in accordance with Shariah principles
c. Meat cutting, hygienic processing, and delivery to customers - Animal & Meat Weights (Average):
A. Cow share meat: 14–16 kg
b. Whole cow meat: 94–98 kg (live weight 180–200 kg)
c. Final meat weight is determined only after sacrifice. - Meat cutting is performed using machine and board to ensure maximum hygiene and safety.
- All meat is processed and supplied under Cool Meat Quality & Hygiene Standards.
- Payee (trotters), heart, kidney, and liver will be distributed equally among customers.
A. By-products such as head, stomach, intestines, and excess fat will be hygienically disposed of.
B. Animal skin will be donated to Edhi Foundation or Shaukat Khanum Hospital, based on customer preference. - If a customer is unable to collect meat on time, Cool Meat reserves the right to distribute it to the deserving and needy, ensuring no waste.
- Customers must safeguard the receipt issued at booking, as meat supply will only be made against the original receipt.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup details at the time of booking.
